Prize Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Entry is open only to residents of the United Kingdom and Germany aged 18 or over on 20th November 2008. Employees of InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchises, advertising, and promotion agencies and the families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.
2. 2. The prize competition runs from 20th November 2008 at midnight to 31st December 2008 at midnight.
3. 3. Entry to the prize competition is automatic by registering your details below and entering the question correctly. All correct entries received by the end date of the competition will be entered into a random draw.
4. 4. No purchase is necessary.
5. 5. Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted. There is one prize only which must be taken before 30th June 2009 and is subject to availability. No alternative prize is available.
6. 6. There is one prize of two nights in a standard double room of any Crowne Plaza hotel in Europe. The prize includes buffet breakfast in the restaurant on each morning. The two nights stay must be a Friday and a Saturday and is offered on two persons sharing a room. Transportation to the hotel and all other expenses whilst staying at the hotel are the sole responsibility of the winner. Credit card must be provided at check in.
7. 7. The winner will be drawn at random on or about 9 January 2009 from amongst the correct entries received by the end date of the competition. The random draw will be conducted by an independent judge and all its decisions on all matters relating to this prize competition are final. The winner will be notified by email on 16th January 2009.
8. 8. For winner’s details please send a stamped addressed envelope to IHG Marketing Department, ThinkTank™ Competition, IHG, Broadwater Park, Denham, Bucks, UB9 5HR.within 28 days of the competition end date.
9. 9. The winner agrees to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from the prize draw. The Competition winner’s name and location may be published on our website.
10. 10. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants not complying in full with the above Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, defaced or damaged will be disqualified

Data Protection: By ticking the box confirming that you wish to receive offers, you accept that InterContinental Hotels Group Services Company and its affiliated companies (the InterContinental Hotels Group) may process your details for direct marketing and communication purposes and may send you from time to time information that we think you would find of interest by mail, e-mail or fax. In the course of processing your information for these purposes, it may be transferred from time to time to other countries where a regional office or a hotel of the InterContinental Hotels Group is located, which may be outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). You have a right to access and correct your data, and a right to object to the processing of personal data relating to you. All issues, questions, rights and obligations in connection with this prize draw, or any other legal matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from the Contest.
